Author: Wint Wah Loon, Thet Thet Aung, Sharo Paw, April Thet Su, Hlaing Htake Khaung Tin*
Keyword: Electric Vehicle (EV), performance, batteries, environmental factors, predictive models, challenges.
Page No: 98-103
Abstract: The performance and life of a battery in an electric vehicle represent some of the most vital parameters related to the total efficiency, economy, and acceptability of electric vehicles. In the face o f growing electric vehicle demand, the best utilization of the battery management system becomes paramount. Present research will focus on analyzing the role of predictive analytics in enhancing the performance and life span of electric vehicle batteries by examining historic usage patterns and environmental factors. Key predictors of battery degradation and performance variability are determined in the present study by applying techniques of advanced data analytics, such as machine learning algorithms and statistical models. The present research will make use of an aggregate dataset comprising historic metrics of the performance of each battery, real-time use data from EVs, and environmental vectors such as temperature and humidity. It aims to develop predictive models identifying patterns and correlations that can give insight into better battery management strategies. The conclusions drawn will include practical recommendations on battery maintenance, better charging practices, and prolonging their lives. This research helps to further expand general knowledge about the ways predictive analytics might be used to help solve some of the most important issues facing electric vehicle battery technology. Therefore, this research will further contribute to battery technology advancement and further improve electric vehicles' general reliability and sustainability with the presentation of a data-driven approach to handling their performance. Title: FORMULATION AND EVALUATION OF MICROSPHERES OF NATURAL GUM CONTAINING CIDOFOVIR, AN ANTIVIRAL DRUG
Author: Devendra Tripathi, Diksha Raja Bundela, Seema Sahu, Pratyush Jain
Keyword: Cidofovir, Microsphere, FT-IR
Page No: 104-112
Abstract: In the present work, microsphere formulation to enhance transdermal permeation of was prepared and evaluated. Colloidal suspensions of microsphere were prepared by reported method. Microsphere system was found to be easy to prepare and composed mainly of phospholipids and ethanol, compounds commonly found in pharmaceutical preparations. The average vesicle size of optimized formulations determined by Malvern Zeta master was 1.112±0.053 µm. The smooth surface of vesicles was confirmed by SEM. The entrapment efficiency of microsphere was determined for all formulations. Effect of ethanol concentration was observed on percent drug entrapment of microsphere. The maximum entrapment efficiency was found to be 90.06±0.79% for formulation ETE3 and minimum 52.36±0.82% for formulation ETE5, respectively. The drug content after treatment with triton X100 and % residue of cidofovir was calculated. Only 2±1% degradation was observed at 37±2°, at room temperature only 3% degradation was observed however all formulations were almost stable at 8±2° and 4±2° and only 1.57±0.2% degradation of Cidofovir was observed showed that developed system is stable at low temperature. These flexible vesicles may become a promising carrier for the transdermal delivery of Cidofovir. It helps in reducing the dose of drug applied topically. Title: SENTIMENT ANALYSIS AND OPINION MINING OF BOYS' LOVE (BL) DRAMA SERIES: ANALYSING VIEWER REACTIONS AND TRENDS THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA DATA
Author: Thet Thet Aung, Sharo Paw, Khaing Thazin New, April Thet Su, Hlaing Htake Khaung Tin*
Keyword: Sentiment analysis, opinion mining, BL, drama series, social media data.
Page No: 113-120
Abstract: In recent years, BL drama series have gained a huge following, especially due to their variant audiences who clamor for more complicated narratives and representations. This study seeks to analyze the opinion of viewers about BL drama by applying sentiment analysis and opinion mining in social media data. This paper explores emotional responses and thematic preferences by BL drama audiences through the review, comments, and discussions on Twitter, Reddit, and fan forums. We employ state-of-the-art NLP methods and sentiment analysis tools to determine key trends, changes in sentiment, and common themes within various BL series. The findings represent how character development and plot dynamics in BL dramas shaped the viewers' perceptions and overall reception. The research provides highly useful insights into the audience's engagement with BL content and thus contributes to an understanding of how niche genres resonate with viewers in the digital era. Keywords: Sentiment analysis, opinion mining, BL, drama series, social media data. Download PDF

Title: FORMULATION AND EVALUATION OF TOPICAL GEL FOR TREATMENT OF KNEE JOINTS PAIN BY USING ETORICOXIB DRUG
Author: Kumar Kush, Ajay Kumar Shakya, Shweta Shukla, Riha Patel
Keyword: Topical Gel, Emulgel, Etoricoxib, Carbopol 940, Knee Joint Pain, NSAIDs.
Page No: 121-129
Abstract: The present investigation is to develop topical gel of etoricoxib drug with better-permeable, controlled and localized delivery via topical route. Etoricoxib drug was estimated analytical process by r eported UV spectrophotometric methods in the dissolution medium (pH Phosphate buffer 6.8) at 233 nm. The calibration curves show excellent linearity of data as evidenced by the values of correlation coefficients that were found to be greater than 0.998. The curves were found to be recti-linear in the concentration range 5 µg / ml to 25 µg / ml for the drug. The estimation procedures for drugs were found to be sensitive, precise and reproducible. Preformulation studies used and drug was found to be light yellow, odorless, The characteristic peaks of blends were shown, there was no interaction between them. The prepared emulgel formulations were examine visually for their feeling after application on skin, color intensity, pH determination, consistency and extrudability determination. The result concluded that ETEG4 was best formulation. This formulation ETEG4 was prepared emulgel Carbopol 940 (2g), PVP, neem oil base. The drug release profile and release kinetics are two important characteristics of the dosage forms, which play an important role for describing dissolution profile of dosage form. The dissolution data was obtained after in-vitro release performance, fitted to mathematical different models. The formulations ETEG1 to ETEG4 showed the values of n> 0.5, followed Fickinan diffusion and supercase II transport mechanism.
